Title: Most popular not working very well?

I have struggled with most popular and it is acting weird.

We have articles that have more that 1000 hits but they are not showing up in the most popular zone. I have tried all the parameters there as well as checked the articles that I want to be popular and still no luck. It is instead displaying articles with low hits and I have no idea why they were chosen as most popular.

I'm now using the Joomla module to display the most popular articles.

What do I need to do so that the ijoomla displays the most hits like the Joomla module?

I tried that and the articles that showed up had the lowest hits (800 -900) The articles with the most hits 2-4000+ did not show up.

What else can I try?
