This question is too specific, you need to post a support ticket. If you don't want to give your information, you don't have to (as it clearly states on the registration form).

Have the same failure with the Community-Builder.

But I can´t gave you my personal ftp-account. I must change it after your work is done, thats to many work for me and it´s a very security topic.

Can´t you fix this with the backend Account?

Or tell me which files I must fix.

I don ´t know why you want our account-datas in the world of it-security

If you can't provide FTP info, don't, but please understand that our programmers are only available on the support system and sometimes only they can answer these types of questions.

from the error messages you have provided there's a conflict with openwiki. The magazine component uses an addon to provide utf8 compatibility. This addon appears to be the same one used by openwiki.

You have a number of solutions.

1. remove openwiki and use another wiki solution.
2. edit openwiki core files to point to the magazine's utf8.php file instead of com_openwiki/inc/utf8.php

If you are not comfortable editing php files then go for option 1.

Hi,
Please use this file instead of the existing one in magazine. Old file is here:
administrator/components/com_magazine/utf8/mbstring/core.php

replace it with the attached one.

Alin

Hi,

Tried changing the core.php, but I still get the same utf8 error. Opened support ticket and awaiting response.  In the meantime, I'd like to know if there's anything else I can try.

Thanks,

Jack
