Title: I need my Domain switched - How Soon Can That Be Done?

Hello

I opened a ticket hours ago but have got not reply. I need my domain switched. How long does this request take?

I tried that link but it seemed to only collect my name and license. It did not prompt me to change my domain. :P

Hi,

This is not done automatically. The person who changes the domain will see your form soon and change it for you.

They updated the license and sent me a message to install it.

Do I need to uninstall all the modules, or just the component?

If you are using the last version, just reinstall the component.
