Is the Digistore Support constant and speedy?
I am getting a little worried about the slow speed of responses even in the Pre-Sales question area. If that is slow then I wonder how slow support is at solving issues?
This is a new product and I would expect fast turn around.
If this product is to take off then I would suggest getting people on support and when providing answers in here to be much more complete as with other professional products.
It's be slow going for all these products that I've watched come out over the last years. But with a shopping cart product I think things are going to have to change to become a success.
