We wanted to ask again how we we can take thesupport , in spite of our special protection measures. Or is there perhaps a different solution, because other do have the same problems. We are not alone with that problems.

Hi mabe38,
Please submit a support ticket.
Best regards,

With the support is not so simple.

We have for the Joomla-admin section an extra protection for the directory.
And the ftp account should also be activated manually, so that nobody can access. If an access via FTP is not required we disable access forever. Therefore, we would also need an exact time when our side is to be considered.

We ask for understanding, but the security is our absolute priority, because hacking attacks. Recently the Germany state has  a high interest in data.

Hi,
Please go to "iJoomla News Portal Settings" and check if your flow order is set as "More Recent First".
Let me know if the problem persists.
Best regards,

I have tried several times. But the sorting is not working. The latest items are missing, and then they are completely confused sorted. With the old componente, it is no problem
