1  iJoomla Magazine / Troubleshooting / Odd words on: May 19, 2008, 07:27:49 AM
Has anyone ever had this problem? Whenever I use words such as road, street or route, it changes the look of everything on the screen? It will drop everything down after the word such as:

the long and winding road
          went through the countryside

Any ideas???
2  iJoomla Magazine / Support Questions / How do you wrap text around a picture? on: April 06, 2008, 09:21:33 AM
Is there a simple way to do it or do I have to add html code? And if I do have to change html, do I have to do it on EVERY article that I do or is there a way to change the format at once? Last but not least, if I have to insert html code, how do I know WHERE to insert it? THANKS!

4  iJoomla Magazine / Support Questions / Sections/Categories/Articles on: February 02, 2008, 07:42:01 PM
I'm still trying to decide on the structure of the magazine. On paper I have it all planned out, but I'm not sure if it's possible. I'm wondering if it can be done like a "real" magazine. For example, my magazine is scrapbooking related, so say I set up a section called Product Reviews -- can I set up a bunch of different categories under product reviews or just one? I'd LIKE to be able to break it down by several categories such as reader favorites, must haves, tools, etc. My problem is I don't know how it will look on the page. How will they know how to access all of these different categories? Is there somewhere I can put a table of contents? Am I thinking that this is too much like a "real" magazine and ijoomla's mag software isn't like that. Please advise. Thanks!

Does anyone know what this means?Huh

Warning: modoutput_rounded(/home/content/k/s/c/kscarlett44/html/joomla44/modules/mod_ad_agency_zone.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/k/s/c/kscarlett44/html/joomla44/includes/frontend.html.php on line 397

I am upset because this is just one in a dozen things that are driving me crazy. And I'm super frustrated that everytime I contact support I get crypic comments like check your manual or something that only a developer would know what they're talking about. And I REALLY did not like that you said I felt I was getting ripped off. So yeah I'm upset.

Are you kidding me? Why do you guys talk to me like I'm a developer and have any idea what you're talking about? How the heck do I install a new new html program? Where the heck do I even find that? And I did do a ticket, but apparently you answer a lot faster than they do.

And I never said you were trying to rip me off -- I said I was disappointed. BIG difference. If you say user-friendly, I expect it to be. I don't want to have to learn HTML or any other "language" in order to do this. That has never been my intent. It's why I chose your program in the first place.

This program has me pulling my hair out. According to all of your sales material, this is supposed to be so darn user-friendly and easy. Well, I can't even set up a section or category. Everytime I try, I fill out all the info and then hit save and NOTHING. It won't even let me off the dang page.

I also get a yellow triangle in the bottom left corner and it says error on page.

I never had this problem with Joomla before you moved me to another domain. I sure don't know why it's such a hassle now.

I am so unhappy with this product.
