iJoomla News Portal / Report Bugs / Re: component trying to insert img where there is none

Hi,
I'm sorry but I can't post the link because the site is under construction.
What happens is quite simple: since there is no image submitted, the "alt=" function is getting the title of the article and is showing it. Since the title is already there, we get 2 titles! The trick is to remove the "alt= name of the article" but I could not do it so far.

iJoomla News Portal / Support Questions / Assign modules to sections and categories
|
on: May 20, 2008, 06:47:31 PM

I'm trying to assign specific modules to categories in my Newsportal. For example, I would like to assign a poll module on driving habits only in the car category; a poll module on ownership stats in the house category, and so on.
If I create blog content categories, I can do that without any problem. I simply assign the module to the desired Menu item link in the page/item section on the right. Using the Newsportal, I can`t figure out how it can be done. Creating menu links with section or categories will not make them show in the menu item links.
So, In a word, can that be done? Thanks.

iJoomla News Portal / Support Questions / Image alternate text
|

If a user submits an article without a picture, the picture placeholder shows the alternate text instead. It's like having twice the title in the header, which is not ideal... How can I remove the "alt-text" if no picture is submitted, so that I get only one title?

iJoomla Ad Agency / Support Questions / Community Builder registration
|
on: December 24, 2007, 08:04:20 AM
|
|
All users on my website are registered with Community Builder. If one of them wants to place ads on the site, using the Ad Agency Registration Form, they get the message that "another user is already registered with this e-mail address".
I know it's supposed to be like that, because of user privileges considerations. But I'd like all registered users to be able to fill out the Ad Agency form using the same e-mail. Is there any way to hack the registration process so it can accept already existing e-mail addresses?
Thanks for your great components.
