I have submitted a support ticket for this but am working on it right now and thought somebody from the community might have an answer. I'm trying to add a 600 megabyte file to one of my downloadable products. I'm having some trouble! I have used FTP to upload the file to the /media directory, but when I select the file from the products drop down menu and click save... I get a "internal server error" message. I have also tried selecting the option to use direct links to downloadable files in digistore's "general" settings menu. This does not seem to make a difference.
Any thoughts? Thanks a ton!
