iJoomla has a Section module ("The Magazine Menu module shows a list of all Magazines and associated Issues configured in your database.") ... a   few Content Modules for past, current and upcoming articles ("Module that shows all the articles in the default edition.") ... so what about a Category Module that would show a list of all the Categories and Content for each Category for each issue?

You could have it show in the central panel above your vertical and horizontal zones by using {mosloadposition XXX} in the description field of the Issue's General settings.

Has anyone done this and is willing to share their code?

At this point this is not possible because iJoomla Magazine doesn´t work with sections and categories but with magazines and issues.
In order to do this is necessary to include categories into issues and this could be really hard thing to do.
Thanks for your suggestion.
Anyway I will report this in order to be considered for future releases, if it's possible.

Hmm, I guess I am confused.  I thought ...
Section = Issue and
Category = Content Category

That's how it seems to be in the iJoomla Article Manager.  Guess I STILL haven't got this figured out (smile).  I'll keep playing with it.

Thank you so much for your help.  I keep asking help of the community and I keep getting you, Ricardo ... I'm feeling guilty.  I'd be lost without ya!  Thanks!

Hi Kara,
Try to understand the magazines as sections, the issues as categories and the articles as a content items.
Play with your iJoomla Magazine and if you need, you can test the iJoomla Demo (ijoomlademo.com/administrator/ - tester/tester).
