Hello, trying to see if I can use the ijoomla password hack, any help at all? How should I install it?

Which versions of Joomla will this hack work for?
I looked and could not find any version text:

I´m not sure, this is an old hack. I don´t know if works with J! 1.0.15. If you use this hack please let me know how works.
