Joomla 1.5.2 & AdAgency

Hey all

I'm very interested in purchasing the AdAgency. However, does the current version function properly in Joomla 1.5.2?

If not, is there a planned release as I'm due to launch a website very soon and I'd like the AdAgency to be part of the launch.

I'm currently using Joomla 1.5.2 in legacy mode due to some components I'm using. Will AdAgency work then?

Sorry, forgot to ask, is there a package available for both the AdAgency and the Magazine components? How much would that cost?

Hello again

I was hoping someone could help me answer my questions above as I need to make a decision by close of play today (I live in the UK and it's currently 6am!)

I've also seen another product which is not anything to do with Ads and I'm debating whether to buy that instead.

I've already received answers to my questions for that product therefore I can say that quality of service also does matter to me.

Apologies if this message sounds a bit negative but I was hoping to receive some help by today.

I've decided to purchase this component as I've managed to strike a deal with the other company, hence I can afford both!

I'll look forward to the 1.5 version of this component (unless it works in Legacy mode)

Sorry about the delay.
At this point iJoomla Ad Agency is only compatible with J! 1.0.x.
Here you can see a list of our products with the estimated time for the release of their 1.5 versions.

As you can see on our roadmap we hope to release this extension on July.

hey ricardo

will the ad agency work with joomla 1.5 (with legacy mode turned on).

reason being that my joomla site is dependant on some modules which require legacy mode to be turned on.

without these modules my site is not worth visiting.

Since I've become a member I've not had the opportunity to use ad agency as I'm waiting for the 1.5 conversion. I'm worried that if it doesn't work with Joomla 1.5 (with legacy mode on) - I'll never get to use it.

Hi,
No, iJoomla Ad Agency will work with legacy mode turned off. Anyway, you can use the ads from your iJoomla Ad Agency. Remember that iJoomla Ad Agency is an ad server and you can install it on a J! site and from there serve ads to other sites (Joomla, Mambo, Drupal, WordPress, HTML sites, etc).
