I've just gone through what appeared to be a process to purchase Newsportal, including entering credit card info. Nothing happened. It's not on my list of registered purchases. What now? And, BTW, I tried using Contact Us and it reports no knowledge of my email address. Strange...I do have an account here... it least it LOOKS like an account.

I'd still like to purchase News portal, even though I have some doubt about your customer support. No place to send you an email asking these questions, so I've posted them here.

I just checked your account and I can see an incomplete operation.
If you don´t have an operation confirmation, please try to do the purchase process again.

Second time's the charm. Worked just fine. But, I'm curious why I couldn't use your Contact Us feature. When I entered my email address and password for my account, the response came back that my email address was not recognized. Strange. So I checked my account info and yup, it's there. Art
