Complete newbie here and I guess I'm missing something.  I clicked 'set Magazine as Front Page' under General Settings, but my regular Joomla page is still appearing so I'm not getting the thumbnails.  Is there any setting in Joomla I have to change?

In your main menu set in first place your iJoomla Magazine component.
