Hi

I have 2 questions:

1. After the last questions I should have 2 buttons, one to send them anonym and one to join a contest, this should forward on another page where the user can ad his address. Is that possible?

2. Does it work on IIS? My Joomla ist on a IIS.

Yes, you can do it using a question item with both options.
