I've made some design and style changes successfully to the ijoomla survey software, but had a request come through from a client to re-arrange some of the form elements.

http://armycontests.com/rotr/
(frame loading the longer survey URL)

The client wants his submission fields to sit beside the titles....so that the survey takes up less vertical space for at least some of the fields like Name, address, city, state, etc.

Has anyone had any experience achieving selective adjustments like that?  I don't know that it would make sense or be necessary for all of them, but hopefully someones run into this before.  Their goal is something similar to this:  http://ufc.com/strong/

Any luck on this?  The client has again brought up this formatting request.  If it's something thats possible, I have CSS coders who can make it happen, but I don't want to send them down a path that is doomed from the start if it can't be done.
