I need the ability to receive news from various RSS feeds and Yahoo! listservs. Can it do this?
Yes, you can use 3 RSS module positions for this.
If so, once these news flashes are on my site, do members have a way to vote and tag them?
Then, the most popular and/or specifically tagged would then need to be automatically archived (the article, or the link). Is this possible?
No they don´t. Anyway, I will report this in order to be considered for future releases, if it's possible.
