I've bought JTrans Pro and made a ticket to be installed since 05-18-2008. And no one in your firm has responed to my request. I've even send out e-mails requesting the installation, no response; What's going on with the support or customer service at your firm?

I'm very upset about all this  Embarrassed

I just thought of canceling my order.

JTrans Pro is not an iJoomla component. It is a component from joomlaspan.com. If you are an iJoomla customer, you can submit a support ticket and we can help you to install our extensions and JTrans Pro if you need.

I can´t see any tickets from you on our support system. I tried to search it using your email but I couldn´t find anything.
Where did you submit your ticket?
