I'm a bit baffled.  Huh I think I missed something, and even after re-reading the manual I don't know where to edit/fix the order-purchase-download procedure/process:

After a successful PayPal purchase, clicking the "Return to site" button brings the purchaser back to the index page of the shop. Isn't it supposed to link to the thank-you page?

The DigiStore issued 3 thank-you emails - the first one with the correct amount, but the next two with zero amounts and additional order numbers. Is this a bug, or do I need to correct something? [The thank-you page is OK, but perhaps I need to tell PayPal where to link after purchase, and if so where?]

Neither the email or the webpage instruct the user where to download the product. Do I need to edit the thank-you email with any additional text or URL? Does EACH product need to have its own particular download-license instruction/confirmation email?

Looks like I'm almost there - your suggestions are most appreciated and I'm very eager to post the shop as an example in your forums!  Cool

Hi,
what do you mean by the order purchase download procedure.
upong a successful transaction at paypal, the paypal IPN contacts your website and notified digistore that the payment was successful.  Transactions that have 0.00 in the email are payments that have not come fom digistore but are payments that have been made to you via the normal payment process.

Upon successful transaction, if your shop is setup to auto return you should be returned to the my licenses page where the user can download their bought file immediately.
Yes, you can configure an global emain and a product level email too.

Thanks, Rob.

I'll be testing this with the client in a day or so, but I think I've got it figured out; I missed the Paypal IPN part - doh! - and think that's the key to my dilemma.  Wink
