Hi there,

I'm having some problems with the 2CheckOut plugin, and no-one else seems to have had these issues (yet?)

Everything goes fine until clicking on Checkout: it then goes to the 2CheckOut website, and I get the message "Parameter Error"

When I tested this some time ago (long story behind the delay - all to do with product licensing wrangles), the checkout worked perfectly.

I wondered if this problem was related to this:

When I went to my iJoomla account last night to see if I could redownload the 2CO plugin, I discovered that my downloads have disappeared (although if I select an item I have previously purchased, I still get the additional license discount).

In short: how does one set up Digistore to use 2CheckOut? And how can I get my downloads?

Just to follow-on ...

I have been checking all available parameters in relation to this issue.

All products have been set up according to Digistore instructions.
The general settings, etc are also in accordance with the instructions, and the 2CheckOut SID is correct. The 2CheckOut plugin is published and is set to the default payment, and the PayPal plugin has been unpublished.

The only problem I have found is in relation to my test customer set up. I set this up through the front end - as all customers will have to - and everything was fine (A UK - Northern Ireland Customer)

However, when I open up the customer through the Customers Manager, it tells me that it has an invalid zip code.

The item I am attempting to purchase is a shipped product.

The only information supplied by the 2CheckOut once I hit Checkout is "Parameter Error".

2CheckOut has been set up correctly, account verified, etc.

I really need to resolve this one quickly. Can someone please help?

And I almost forgot - I still can't log in to my iJoomla account, and I keep having to request my password.
