Hi all!

Hopefully someone else has had this problem or knows the fix, its driving me nuts.

Whenever a registered author tries to write new content for my site, no categories show up in the drop-down menu. I could deal with that, but authors can't even submit content without specifiying a category. I've got 6 categories and 6 sections. I've tried lots of things, but still can't get any categories to show up. Any help?
