Since a week or two my Ijoomla Magazine did not work, I turn around my site to find out where I did make a mistake but still not find it

there is what  I got when I turn on the magazine
Fatal error.Cannot redeclare class mosprofiler in    .../.../mysite.com/includes/joomla.php on line 22
