Client wants to be able to rotate ads in a position,

count impressions/clicks for the flash and jpegs, the iframe ads are frome an external service.

can I use  iJoomla Ad Agency for this?

Hi,
At this point you can rotate ads by hits. In the same zone you can use your jpg banners and your ad code from your external service (ex. adsense).
