I've been monitoring this forum for quite some time and a loyal customer of merav ijoomla since the launch.

one thing i notice and need improvements is the customer support managements.

Problem:
Customer have certain problem and post in the forum, 99% problem can be solved online and need a support tickets open. Support ticket open and problem solve. What if the same problem exist all over with other users ?

Solution:
Reply with closed solution for that problem and its solutions.So that members can view the solution themselves and solve themselves.support personal can save more time and doing repeating job,Weekends warriors or diff Gmt customer no need to wait till dawn for the tickets to be answered.
