Ok I get this error when I install the component

Column count doesn\'t match value count at row 1 SQL=INSERT INTO jos_ijoomla_surveys_config VALUES (0, \'\', \'\', 0, \'MRpRSC\',0);

after the installation if you try to go to settings the error message is

DB function failed with error number 1054
Unknown column 'general_date' in 'field list' SQL=SELECT general_option,general_date FROM jos_ijoomla_surveys_config

When i looked at the mysql database the only fields which were created was

Field name
user_can_create_survey 
email_approved_survey_subject 
email_approved_survey 
menu_id 
general_option 

Please shed some light as to what is happening
