I have recently installed Joomla 1.5.6, downloaded and installed sidebars. I have made up several banner sidebars and article sidebars.  The problem I have is that in some articles the sidebars show and in others only the code shows.

I have tried cutting and pasting {sidebar id=6} and typing same and again it works in some articles and not in others.  I have checked the pages to ascertain if there is other code causing a problem and the pages are clean -- what can I be doing wrong as it works for some pages/articles and not in others even though they are the same sidebar.
