Anyone know how I can put a YouTube in a story and have it show smaller on the home page, then when people click on the story it shows much larger? Kinda like the images do automatically.

At this point you can´t do that.
Anyway, if you set HTML on a particular zone, you can show your youtube video on iJoomla News Portal home page.
