[Ricardo &] Merav recommended to create a package that then controls/calculates a n established/flat shipping fee.

DigiStore has been updated since this post was written, so I am wondering if and how shipping can be calculated using a type of fee-plus basis. For example, $5 for the first item, then $2 each additional item; or, $5 per order.

Let me know if this is already in the extension, or if is a feature request for the next or upcoming version.
