Can the floating or pop up ad types support a registration form? And be scheduled to appear x amount of time after a visitor comes to the site?

Hi,
You can set the PopUp to be displayed every time or once a day/week/month/year.
You can use HTML code on this popup, so, you can include a HTML form there.
