Forgive me if I am just totally missing this, but is there a way to let advertisers enter a promo code or who referred them? Like they would need the promo code to get a certain special, and/or I would know who referred them to advertise (I would need that to dispense commissions).

At this point we don´t have this option on our extension. Anyway I reported this in order to be included on futures releases if it´s possible.
