SOLVED --- Error after install

Is this something I have to look into and fix or is this something that my hosting company should fix? I went to the ionCube website and looked at what I have to do should I try it.

The file /home/u7/xxxxxx/xxxxx.com/html/administrator/components/com_adagency/admin.adagency.php has been encoded with the ionCube PHP Encoder and requires the free ioncube_loader_fre_5.2.so ionCube PHP Loader to be installed.

I get this error now?

Results
The Loader was not installed.
Instructions
Run-time loading is not currently possible.
If you require further assistance, please contact ionCube support providing
a link to this script.

Hi,
This is because your server doesn´t have ioncube installed. You need to contact them asking for this or if you prefer, we can install it for you. Just submit a support ticket and we will try to help you with this.

FIXED - yes the hosting company installed the addon for me
