How do I repeat an article from the previous month's issue?

I created a new issue, click "new article", fill out the headline, horizontal/vertical, etc. and when I go to try and find the source article from last month, it's not on the drop down list.

How can I simply repeat an article from last month in this month's issue without duplicating the content as a "new" article?

Sorry 2.0.16.

It was also suggested that I use the content wizard and that would allow me to include past articles in my current newsletter.

I was trying to do it manually, so I will give that a try.
