How does having a campaign by time work? Time of day? number of days, can they be specific days? Can the ad be shown for only 15 seconds at a time? Are any of these possible?
First you need to create packages and then you or your customers will be able to create campaigns.
You can define 3 types of packages: flat rates (based on time), CPC or CPM.
Can the ad be shown for only 15 seconds at a time?
At this point we don´t have a rotator system for ads. Anyway we are considering to add it on future releases.
Is this component open source enough to where I can achieve these things?
This extension has a couple of encrypted files. Anyway, you are able to do some modification on the rest of the files.
