I am currently in the process of moving my main site to a new host and simultaneously simultaneously upgrading to Joomla 1.5.  My current host goes offline too often.  It's not us -- they've completely overloaded their servers. 

It's time to move.Does anyone have any suggestions for making the move? 

Can I build a site with iJoomla Magazine without switching over the DNS to the new host?  Right now the new site is just living at the new IP address.
