I have just installed and setup digistore (really easy by the way - thanks) and am testing payments using paypal sandbox.

I have a situation where i can successfully buy products (via sandbox) but the buyers 'purchase profile' only updates if they have clicked the return to merchant button.

if the buyer continues on through paypal to,say, look at their history and then logs out from there, the details on the web site (including the administration backend) are not updated to reflect the recent purchase. Also the shopping cart is not empty if they go back to the web site later.
