On my news site we allow registered users to make comments on our stories. Lately we've been getting messages from users who are saying that when they go to write a comment someone else's user name comes up on the name line.

Has anyone seen this happen, and how do you stop it?

Do the users need to make sure they log out every time they leave the site and clear their Internet cache?
