There's probably a good reason for the Advertiser-User to be in the Back-End group above Administrator ... but I can't help but wonder why that user couldn't be deprecated to the Front-End group. That might solve some of the issues surrounding publishing Advertisers as Authors in your magazine component.

Returning to this ....I think one of the issues which 'mdargie' is discussing, and to which I am not particularly happy with in Ad Agency, is that a 'Advertiser-User' appears in the 'Author' list. I find that for my busy news site, where there is already a large list of potential authors/creators, the listing of 'Advertisers' in my 'creator list' is a real pain to have to scroll through.

This may have something to do with Joomla permission structure, but I really would like so that 'Advertisers' don't appear in that list.
