NEW PRODUCT: If I select a video (size 1 GB) in the upload file section and click on 'save': After a while I get a time out message.

We are interested in use the digistore to buy our (downloadable) videos. I've tried a small image instead of a big video and it works. What's the problem? The video is on the webserver and can be selected by digistore.

Hi ttlive,
I think you should check this with your hosting support. It seems to be a problem with uploading file size limitation.
Let me know if your problem persists.

Hi Ricardo,

the file is on the server. The file is uploaded via FTP. If i select the uploaded file and click on save I get the time-out message after a while. Is it possible that digistore has problems with large files (1 GB video file size)? How is the procedure if I click on save?

I don´t know exactly the file size limits of iJoomla DigiStore. Please, submit a support ticket.
