Hi,

Just re reminder, I posted this well over a week ago on the old forum, but have not had a reply.

Can I make a suggestion that if you want to sell this package and the others that you have, that in fact you reply to users and pre-sales questions in a more timely manner.  I am (and have been) ready to spend in excess of $300 on different components yet am not impressed at all with the support even at this stage.

Also, there is a wealth of information in the old forum regarding hints and tips relating to DigiStore (amongst others) which would benefit from being in a FAQ, but yet do not seem to be represented anywhere.  For the average user these tips and hints are invaluable, so its a shame to see you lose them in the pages of the old forum.  I am sure that if you were to provide "better" presales and aftersales support you would indeed sell many more products, after all thats what you are doing this for is it not?  Having said all of this, if you would like me to help out in any way please feel free to contact me.

Anyway, my original message from the old board that was not replied to.....

I like the look of the ecommerce package you have here, but was wondering if Lightbox or Slimbox can be used with the item pictures? I only as as I am selling work on A4 pages and of course the picture size for each product is simply too small. Using Lightbox / Slimbox I could use the current size as a thumbnail and when the shopper clicks on the image it appears in the Lightbox / Slimbox form at fullscreen size.

Also, regarding the popups, can they be turned off so that all information is sent to _self or are the popups for the description and other things an intergral part of the software?

Many thanks for answering these questions
Simon

Thank you for your comment. We will be trying to migrate all the info from the old forum to the new one. We've been quite busy with site redesign so maybe we missed a few posts, my apologies.

If you noticed, we just released the digi mambot, which basically allows you to turn any regular joomla page into a product page. So you can add any galleries, mambots, etc, on that page, and then add the mambot tag and it will add an "add to cart" button.

Does this help?
