Is there a way to assign a flat rate for shipping for each order instead of each item?

Hi,
At this point this is not possible. This feature was requested some days ago, but I´m not sure if is possible to include this in the future. Anyway I will add this request to suggestions.

Any move on this? 

Would seem fairly easy to add a flat ship rate feature.  This is a HUGE showstopper.
