CSS Not changing : iJoomla News Portal

I had a similar problem way back in iJoomla News .05 (I think).

Basically iJoomla isn't picking up CSS changes made (either in the Panel or CSS area)

I'm using JATeline template, Mac OSX10.4.11, Firefox5 and Safari 3.04

I want to use the Featured Sections as a 'Menu' (showing just Heading, no text/image etc) - basically because a review of traffic shows users aren't using the Main Menu bar so only view front page.

So in Zones I set: Trebuchet 12, Text colour: #666666 hover: #660000, block background: #cccccc, line height 20 etc etc.

But on Front Page it stubbornly shows Trebuchet 12, Text colour: #666666 hover: #660000, block background: #666666, line height... random

I've viewed it on the 4 Macs in the office, cleaned backend Joomla cache, browser cache - rebooted the machines. Applied and Saved the changes (several times)
I even upgraded from v0.20 to v0.24... but still it won't change!

Yep... that's what it is supposed to look like!

Odd: The "dark gray" in the screenshot posted does NOT appear when I try-out from home - just my office shows it.

Using another service provider at home:
Both my Mac iBook and our HP laptop (running XP) at home display the changes correctly!

Yet when I brought my Mac iBook back to the office this morning - it reverted to the 'gray'.

So clearly this isn't really an iJoomla issue but if you have any suggestions on whether there are any more 'caches' to clean or how to solve the matter I'd appreciate it.
