I have noticed the cart seems slow.

Is this because my images are not in an https folder (how do I ask this?)

Is this because some of the images are being pulled from ijoomla.com (I do not like this) But it looks like I can change this

Speaking of images and https.  When images are being called from other places on the domain we do not get the complete "lock" button the browser.  Is there a suggested way to work the https portion of the cart to eliminate this issue?

I sure hope its a bad setting somhow and that will be changed.

I know when you use this sites own shipping cart is is very slow.

I get the feeling that their servers are slow and each digistore has to check in with this main site for license approval.

Otherwise, why would you site and this site be so slow?

First, which images are pulled from ijoomla? As far as I know, no images do. All images are installed along with digistore.

Second, we don't check for license, that's why we use ioncube, so there are no calls for the server.

Please post your URL here so that we can see if/why it's slow.
