I have Joomla ordering turned on in News Portal but it doesn't seem to be using that ordering.  I don't use the "Leading," "More News," or Featured Categories" zones, I'm only using the "Top Stories" and "Featured Sections" zones.

When I was using the Leading zone, the ordering worked fine, and I could move stories up or down on the list and have that reflect on the front end.
