I was just wondering if the owners of this webpage still crawl these forums. The response from the owners in the forum is very slow and sometimes inexistent. Any reason for the null participation in some areas?

Hi gringohh,
Why are you complaining about the support if we are trying to respond each one of the threads?
This weekend there was an unusual amount of new threads open and we are trying to respond as fast as we can.
Best regards,

Ricardo is just as qualified to answer any questions, he is an expert in Joomla and in other CMS and an expert in iJoomla products. He is a paid employee of iJoomla.com. I don't have the bandwidth to do everything by myself. If Ricardo doesn't have an answer he lets me know or he asks you to open a support ticket.
