How do I change

http://www.crelounge.com/news_portal/RealEstateArticles/MultiFamily/index/

to:

http://www.crelounge.com/Real-Estate-Articles/Multi-Family/

And... how do I change the home page so that it is:

http://www.crelounge.com/

Instead of: http://www.crelounge.com/news_portal/

I've tried adding an alias (non SEF URL) in the SEF Advance back end, but it has no effect at all.

The real category name should be Multi-Family, but for some reason iJoomla News removes the spaces, while SEF Advance converts them to dashes. I'd like things to be consistent throughout.
