I opened a ticket hours ago but have got not reply.  I need my domain switched.  How long does this request take?

I tried that link but it seemed to only collect my name and license.  It did not prompt me to change my domain.  Tongue

Hi,

This is not done automatically. The person who changes the domain will see your form soon and change it for you.

They updated the license and sent me a message to install it.

Do I need to uninstall all the modules, or just the component?
