Hi I have just received this message from a customer:
mmmm…., it is still not working…..It takes me to a blank page. In the top right hand corner it indicates it may be related to the pages security. I also tried it at work, from a windows PC using Chrome and got the exact same result. I cleared the history a few times to make sure I was actually doing it I wonder if it works form your Mac because the security settings are different? I checked them too, and from my end I have allowed everything I can allow, as far as I know?? Im stumped.
I cant replicate the issue except on Safari
Is there something the customer can do to resolve this issue on chrome?
