Hello, I've had a number of users who I guess tried to purchase a subscription to a course, but the transaction didn't go through, and so it displays as a pending order (using authorize.net). Then they do purchase the course and it goes through, but there is still a pending order. I've learned that if I simply delete the order, the customer then receives the subscription emails from Guru. So, instead of deleting a pending order, I have to remove the student from the class. But what happens if they are enrolled in the class and have a pending order for the same class, how do I get rid of the pending order without them receiving the emails or removing them from the class they're actually in?
