Resolved Guru pro certificate not working

Issue: Student want to view their Certificate to print it but the .pdf button shows a skewed image. When you click on the ‘view pdf’ option/button you see the normal certificate but cannot print it.

The button for a ‘link’ works but you cannot print the certificate.

Yes, your license expired 10-04-2017 11:22:51 AM.
The only option to renew is 1 year, sorry, no unlimited support :)
All renewals are already discounted, renewal discount is included in renewal fee ;)
Compare regular and renew prices ;)

The only license assigned to your current account is iSEO.
Please, check if your license is valid and you're using account that own the license for Guru Pro.

Thank you Michal. Not sure if this is our license number 100395242. I believe our license has expired and we are going to renew. Do you have any promo codes available at this time? Also is there an unlimited support option to renew? We only see option for 1 year upgrades.

Can we re-open this ticket? We have just updated our Guru Pro and have the followings issues with Students' Certificates.

The .pdf button does not work - is giving us the following error message
FPDF error: Can't open image file: http://www.dronepilots.ca/images/stories/guru/certificates/Cert--Purple-color-back.png
