While I was performing the iiJoomla upgrade, it got hung up part way through the process and ended up crashing my site. I had to work with the hosting company yesterday to try and get something up from an old backup. Any suggestions?

Hi, Jason.

Thank you for contacting us.
Please, provide us more details:

- what Joomla! version do you use?
- from what version to what version did you upgraded?
- what upgrade method did you use?
- do you have any customizations in Guru?

Upgraded from Joomla 3.8.1 to 3.8.2 last weekend.
I don't have access to the backend at the moment to give you too many specific details.
I was upgrading iJoomla from the previous version to the latest version yesterday morning. I was upgrading iJoomla through the component in the Joomla admin.
I didn't receive any error messages.S he install froze up and the site went blank on the front end and I no longer have access to the Joomla admin.
I am checking in whether or not we had any Guru customizations in place.

Hi Jason,

There were no reports about site crash when iJoomla products were upgraded but a lot from Joomla 3.8 upgrade. Maybe you can check joomla and see if there are any errors.
You can find errors in error log file on the server or even on website.

Also, you can go via FTP and rename Guru component from components/com_guru and administrator/components/com_guru and see if website start.

Thank you,
alin
